Sometimes as a mom I have to become very creative in hiding veggies into my toddler’s food. I really try to keep everything as organic and natural as I can when it comes to our foods. So this recipe is perfect for those picky eaters and it’s way healthier than the store bought sugar loaded pudding out there.
What you’ll need:
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 pinch ground cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate pudding until chilled, 30 minutes or more.
You can always adjust the measurements according to your taste. Also try to get avocadoes that aren’t too ripe but that aren’t too hard either. I also love to add the banana in because it makes it thicker and sweeter and really ends up tasting like a chocolate banana pudding… so delicious!
